With more strict requirement for energy saving , emission reduction and environment protection, the travelling grate boiler cannot match the new emissionlevel such as carbon contents, particle site, NOx, Sox becuse the boiler has a limited size and cannot sufficiently burn the coal with low heat value, more fine powder, low volatile componentsand high sulfate content, So the best choice is to increase the pressure and capacity of boiler and add the devices to reduce the Nox and Sox level.
As per the customers' actual situation and requirement, we will modify the boiler to keep the boiler performance with less modification works and lower cost for customers as possible as we can. The modified boiler can fire coal efficiently with high heat efficiency and also can fire the fuels like mud, rubbish, straw, blast furnace gas and coke oven gas.
